MY FAVORITE WAFFLES BAR IN VANCOUVER!!!! Known for their delicious freshly make waffles and homemade ice-cream.

There is 2 kinds of Waffles base they make:

1. Brussels Waffle a light and crispy waffle made from a yeast leavened batter

2. Liege Waffle a soft, dense and sweet waffle. A yeast leavened ough stuffed with pearl sugar caramelized in a cast iron waffle iron

I personally prefer the Leige Waffle because this waffle is soft, sweet and chewy.
